Week 2

Hey everyone!!! 
My second week at the MTC is in the books.This week went by much quicker than last week. I have been learning a lot more tips on how to teach people in a way where it isn't overwhelming, which is awesome because that's usually where I struggled. Some things haven't changed such as how bad my Samsung phone is hahah it's so weird going from iPhone to Samsung its a huge change. I finally saw Michael Merrill at the MTC if some of you don't know him just know he's one of my best friends. It felt so good to finally see someone from back home it was super comforting. 
Sunday was really tough because I got sick and nothing is worse than being sick away from home, if you know you know. The food still isn't very appetizing, however it gets by. I am super thankful for everyone who sent me a package with food!!! I am pretty sure it'll get me by for like another month and a half hahah there was a lot. 
Next week at 6:15 a.m. I will be on a bus to the airport going to Reno Nevada, which is like super exciting!!!! The MTC has so many nice people so it'll be hard not having a lot of people around to distract from the fact that I won't see anyone I know for two years but it'll be all good.  
On another note the MTC literally makes you crazy hahah like if someone came to our residence hall they'd laugh so hard at how dumb we act before we go to bed. Like the last 45 minutes before we have to go to bed is so fun because 20 missionaries get out all the energy by laughing and playing mind games......you'd have to be here to see, it's super funny!  
Also I've wrote in my journal for 14 straight days that's like insane because I've never done that before...oops thought I'd share that with all of you. 
I miss everyone and love you all!!! I hope all of you are doing great♡

  Hey Everyone!!! Sorry for slacking on the emails but I hope you all are doing well! This week was pretty fun. We got to go to Elko for a zone conference which was pretty chill, it's always fun to go road tripping. The Zone Conference was pretty sweet. We talked a lot about having short and powerful lessons when we talk with people. It has been pretty neat trying to have short lessons, but it's been cool to see people's attention span not dropping from the beginning to the end of the message.  A pretty cool thing happened this week, we were sitting down to have dinner at our house when we got a random phone call. We answered it and the lady on the other side of the phone was saying how she needs something new and uplifting in her life. We shared a quick little lesson on how Jesus Christ is there to help us through our trials, we shared that because she has been going through a really hard time.
