This week was transfer week but nothing changed except Elder Topham is leaving to Carson. Elder Marsh and I are staying together which is sweet! We are still covering the Keystone and Lemmon Valley Ward.
This week we put Matthew on a baptismal date and he said he wants to get baptized on his birthday!!! It was super cool to see him so excited about his baptism. We also taught Gavin this week and he has been being taught for many years but he finally said he is willing to get baptized. It was super awesome!!
We have been making some ties and they are looking pretty good! We also have been walking downtown and it's such a cool scenery! Also the UNR campus is super sweet!
My spiritual this message is from Elder Hollands "Behold Thy Mother" talk, he says "To all of our mothers everywhere, past, present, or future, I say, “Thank you. Thank you for giving birth, for shaping souls, for forming character, and for demonstrating the pure love of Christ.” To Mother Eve, to Sarah, Rebekah, and Rachel, to Mary of Nazareth, and to a Mother in Heaven, I say, “Thank you for your crucial role in fulfilling the purposes of eternity.” To all mothers in every circumstance, including those who struggle—and all will—I say, “Be peaceful. Believe in God and yourself. You are doing better than you think you are. In fact, you are saviors on Mount Zion, and like the Master you follow, your love ‘never faileth.’ ” I can pay no higher tribute to anyone. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen"
Love you all!!!
