Hey Everyone!! So transfers happened this week and not much changed with my zone except my companion is leaving and I'm getting a new missionary who has been out for not to long. I'm definitely going to miss my companion Elder Willett he is a beast I'll see him again for sure!! So this week I had a super cool experience. I was driving down the road and saw a guy who was at the park. I was like maybe I should turn around then I kept going and I went about 30 mores seconds on the road and the spirit hit me hard to turn around so I did. We got out of the car and walked up to this guy and he was very welcoming and we set up a time to meet him back at the park. We have met with him a few times and he wants to change his life around which is awesome!! Also another cool blessing happened this week, our mission President told us to do our companionship study at the park so we did. And while we were there a lady came up to us and told us that something told her to go to the park a

Well it’s Elder Pattersons mom. I am sad to announce Elder Patterson didn’t write a weekly email. BUT good news is he is sending pictures!! We sure love our Elder and he loves y’all.  Traveled to a small town in Utah He’s found goats. This week he said he got bit by one but it didn’t hurt because they don’t have upper teeth. (I’m gonna have to google that) He also said one was screaming. Lol  Traveled to a small town in Utah Traveled to a small town in Utah Deer head! And it's sitting on his front porch

Hey everyone!!! I hope you are all doing well, we are finally out of quarantine here in Ely, I did not get the Coronavirus that I know of which is nice hahaha but some Elders in the zone got it. Luckily they are all feeling better. While we were in quarantine I definitely worked on my chipping and putting inside the house hahaha.  This week Madalynn got baptized, it was such an amazing experience, she was so happy to be able to finally enter the waters of baptism!! She invited some of her friends that weren't members of the church which was amazing! She also had the biggest smile on her face as she was getting into the water where her grandfather baptized her!! Other than the baptism this week not much else really happened since we were on full lockdown, but this next week we will be able to grind on doing service for people and teach some in person lessons.  We are also able to teach non member friends and family of ours back home through zoom which means if any of you guys woul

Week 67

Hey what's up everyone?!?  I hope everyone's week was sweet!! This week Elder Willett and I stayed super busy! We had quite a few lessons and one of the people we are teaching is getting baptized this Saturday which is super exciting!!!  We also have been teaching another kid, he has some complications that are holding him up from being baptized but we have been brainstorming some new object lessons for him because it seems he has been shown everything already hahahah, it's always fun to teach kids the gospel.  General Conference was super good this past week, hearing from President Nelson was super inspiring and it was good to hear from all the apostles and general authorities as well. I really like the part about letting God prevail in our life because more often then not we get caught up in a ton of worldly things and forget that eternal perspective and withhold ourselves from letting God prevail.  Also I am in a full quarantine for the next week of my misison because
